So brave and inspiring. I work to support mothers and their families to breadtfeed in Uganda - Africa. Last week I was on a homevisit to an 18 year old mom who is living witb HIV/AIDS, with her 2month old daughter who is currently free from HIV/AIDS. This Mom said I quote......" I'm doing my best to follow the healthworkers' guidelines to protect my girl and asked how can I find enough food to eat because feel so hungry after taking ARVs and i have no job to buy enough food, my family isnt supportive........ how will my baby survive?

We have a weeak social safety net system

I need your help. Many moms have no support and i do this on voluntary basis, it's hard to sustain.
