What motivated you to start Discover with Ruth?
The motivation behind Discover With Ruth came up from the fact that a lot of people really want to change, but they don’t really take time to take the journey of discovery. Once you get to know who you really are then you can know what you are capable of doing, and you now become clear about life.

Who is your role model, and how have they helped you through your journey?
I have been grounded under an amazing mentor, Carol Mushota David, who has seen me grow through my journey in life.
Carol Mushota is a transformational speaker, NLP practitioner, writer, blogger, serial entrepreneur, and she helps people become the best versions of themselves in their personal lives and their business. Together Carol and I have done amazing initiatives and now have become great accountability and business partners.
My biggest motivation, especially during my tough times is God’s unending love and support.
What are some of the challenges you have faced as a young lady in the professional and business world?
[One of the] challenges that I faced was social validation, especially being a young lady in the marketing and media industry. But once I discovered who I really was, everything in my world has changed.
What is your advice to other women who have a passion they want to pursue?
There is always enough for everyone, and no one can bring out the best that you have to offer. You are you, and that’s your superpower.
