Hannah was barren, but she remained in prayer until God blessed her with a son. She did not stop praying because of the stressful situation she was in. She did not stop trusting God even when Peninnah ridiculed her.
She remained in prayer and her situation changed. You should remain in prayer and trust God even though the breakthrough may delay. Wait for it, for it shall surely come to pass. All you need to do is go to God and present your case to Him. Job 5:8 says, “I would seek unto God, and unto God would I commit my cause” (KJV).
Joshua 1:9 says, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go” (NIV). Your victorious and triumphant life from glory to glory is dependent on your knowledge and application of God’s Word. You must stand on the Word of God for yourself. God gave us His Word to live by. You can be, have and enjoy all God has destined for you if you live by His Word.
God never said your miracle will occur on the basis of the multiplicity of prayers. What He wants is for you to be in control of your life, through the Spirit. Effecting the changes you desire in your life and circumstances is simple: once you are sure of what the Word says about the issue, demand a change on the basis of God’s Word. This is not about prayer; it is about acting out your faith to walk in God’s provision for you. It is about standing on the Word of God for yourself.
March on with courage because there is no situation which is permanent. Everything shall come to an end no matter how long it takes to end.
