I’m excited about our #WinningWoman this week because her story is a reminder that our inner child is almost always spot on when it comes to our purpose.
As a little girl, Kgomotso Phatsima would see airplanes flying over her family’s home in a small village near Sir Seretse Khama International Airport. She was drawn to airplanes and knew she was meant to be in the air. Get there, she would, but it would be a lonely road.
Today, Captain Kgomotso Phatsima is one of the first female military pilots in Botswana Defence Force.
