I came across some statistics on male and female bosses that I thought were interesting, to say the least…
A 2013 Gallup Poll asked Americans, “If you were taking a new job and had your choice of a boss, would you prefer to work for a man or a woman?”

33 % of respondents said they would prefer a male boss

20 % said they would prefer a female boss
Several other studies have found that men and women, in general, prefer male bosses.
